Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our operating philosophy. This policy documents exactly how we handle the data that passes through our systems.
1. Data Acquisition & Analytics
EttaDev employs rigorous analytics frameworks to monitor platform performance. This includes collecting anonymized interaction telemetry, device fingerprints, and geographic node routing data. We do not aggregate personally identifiable information (PII) without explicit cryptographic consent.
2. AI Processing & Enterprise Data
Data transmitted through our proprietary LLMs and multi-agent systems during execution is ephemeral unless otherwise stipulated in a Master Service Agreement (MSA). We do not train base models on client-specific architectures unless explicitly contracted for bespoke fine-tuning.
3. Cryptographic Security Standards
All data in transit is secured via AES-256 and TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. Data at rest is structurally encrypted across distributed, air-gapped node clusters.
4. Automated Data Deletion
In compliance with GDPR and CCPA, clients may trigger absolute data erasure via our automated API endpoint or through a direct request to our compliance engineers.
