Master Terms of Service

By engaging EttaDev's professional services, you agree to be bound by these master terms. Please review them carefully prior to executing any Statement of Work.
1. Architectural Licensing
Upon full execution of deliverables and receipt of final capital, intellectual property rights to custom code architectures are transferred to the client. EttaDev retains licensing rights to underlying proprietary frameworks, AI models, and generalized deployment matrices used during execution.
2. Service Levell Agreements (SLA)
EttaDev guarantees 99.999% uptime for fully managed infrastructure deployments. Disruptions caused by foundational API providers (e.g., OpenAI, AWS) are excluded from our guaranteed operational matrices.
3. Scope & Execution Autonomy
EttaDev reserves the right to determine the exact technical implementation methodologies (e.g., choice of stack, database schema, or agent topology) to solve business objectives, ensuring adherence to our internal standards of absolute performance.
4. Liability Parameters
EttaDev's liability for any disruption, algorithmic failure, or latency is strictly limited to the cumulative capital paid during the preceding trailing twelve months (TTM) of the specific engagement.
