By engaging EttaDev's services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before we begin any project work together.
1. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, intellectual property rights to the custom code and assets we create for you are transferred to the client. EttaDev retains the right to use the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Project Scope
Each project is governed by a Statement of Work or project agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, and timeline. Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and priced separately.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are agreed on a per-project basis. EttaDev typically requires a deposit before commencing work. Remaining payments are tied to agreed milestones or delivery.
4. Liability
EttaDev's liability for any issues arising from delivered work is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
